When you create an account we store your name, email, and a hashed password. If you make a purchase we store the order details and a token from the payment processor — never your full card number. If you click a referral link we store an attribution record so we can credit the right person if you later become a customer. We log basic activity (sign-ins, important account events) for security and audit purposes.
To operate your account, fulfil purchases, calculate and pay referral commissions, prevent fraud, and meet our accounting and tax obligations. We don't sell your data, ever, and we don't use it to train third-party machine-learning models without your explicit consent.
Inside Cemani Consulting, only the people who need access for their role can see your data. Outside Cemani Consulting, we share only what's strictly necessary with our payment processor (so we can take payment), our email provider (so we can reach you), and our hosting and database providers (so the service exists). Each is bound by a written data-protection agreement.
Your account data lives in our managed Postgres database, with row-level security policies enforced at the database layer. Backups are encrypted at rest. Data can be transferred internationally for processing — we use providers with adequate safeguards (typically EU or US, with standard contractual clauses).
Active account data: as long as your account is open. Deleted-account data: removed within 30 days of your request, except for records we're legally required to keep (financial transactions, tax records — usually 7–10 years depending on jurisdiction). Audit logs: 24 months. Anonymized analytics: indefinitely.
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, request deletion, or object to specific processing. Email info@intelloom.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
We use essential cookies for authentication and referral attribution. We don't use third-party advertising cookies. We may use a single first-party analytics cookie to understand which pages people read; you can opt out from your account settings.
If we change this policy in a material way, we'll email registered users and post a notice on the site at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The current version date is shown at the top of the page.
