Terms of service

These terms are between you and Cemani Consulting. They apply when you create an account, browse the catalogue, purchase a service, refer someone else, or earn a commission. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at info@intelloom.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to hold a paid account.
Each service has its own scope, deliverables, and timeline — set out in writing before work starts. We'll do the work to a professional standard and on the agreed timeline. If we fall behind, we'll tell you in advance and propose a remedy.
Prices are shown on each service's page and confirmed in your written quote. Payment is due as set out in the quote (typically a deposit on signature and the balance on delivery, unless otherwise agreed). We use third-party payment processors; we don't store your full card number.
If we haven't started work, you may cancel for a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are pro-rated against the work delivered. For training cohorts, the refund window closes when the cohort starts. We'll never charge you for work we haven't done.
Every account gets a referral link. When someone you refer makes a qualifying purchase, you earn a commission at the rate published in your dashboard at the moment of sale. Rates are frozen onto each transaction and never change retroactively. If we change rates for new sales, your existing commissions are unaffected.
Commissions become available for payout once the underlying purchase is non-refundable (typically 14 days after delivery, or as otherwise specified). Payouts are subject to a minimum threshold, published in your dashboard, and processed on the published cadence. You're responsible for any taxes due on your earnings.
Don't share your referral link in a way that violates anyone else's terms (no spam, no fake clicks, no incentive schemes that breach a third party's policy). Don't try to break the site, scrape it without permission, or use it to harm anyone. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
Cemani Consulting owns the site, the brand, and any tooling we build internally. When we deliver work to you, you own the deliverable on full payment, unless your contract specifies otherwise. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated insights from the work to improve future engagements.
We do our best, but we make no guarantees beyond what's set out in your contract. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll email registered users and post a notice on the site at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cemani Consulting is registered. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless you have a non-waivable consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere.
