Four stages. No 80-slide proposals. Every engagement starts with the same 30 minutes and ends with a handover the people who replace us can actually use.
We listen to the problem in your words. No deck, no upsell, no jargon. You leave with a one-page reading of the shape of the work — even if you decide not to engage us.
A two-page scope: what we'll do, what we won't, what success looks like, what it costs, who's accountable. Fixed price or T&M, your call. We don't start until you've signed it.
Weekly written updates. Working artefacts shared as they're built — not at the end. Your team can audit our work in flight. We'd rather catch a wrong turn in week two than week eight.
Code, docs, dashboards, and the institutional memory written down. We'll spend the last week explaining what we did to whoever inherits it. Third-year handovers are the standard, not the exception.
We came in with three years of inconsistent measurements and left with a single source of truth our auditor signed off on without questions. The handover doc is the part our team still refers to monthly.
